11.       6 mm thick aluminum alloy strip is rolled to a thickness of 5 mm, using steel Rollers of radium 90mm. The tensile yield stress at aluminum is 0.28 KN/ mm2. Assuming a rolling speed of 30 m/min. Determine:

(a)  The roll separating forces.


(b)The power required for the rolling operation, Assume width of the strip is 200mm. Neglect strain hardening?
